鏈霉素(Strep)ELISA快速檢測(cè)試劑盒
一、原理
本試劑盒采用間接競(jìng)爭(zhēng)ELISA方法,在微孔條上預(yù)包被偶聯(lián)抗原,樣本中的殘留物鏈霉素將和微孔條上預(yù)包被的偶聯(lián)抗原競(jìng)爭(zhēng)抗鏈霉素抗體,加入酶標(biāo)記物后,用TMB底物顯色,樣本吸光值與其所含殘留物鏈霉素的含量成負(fù)相關(guān),與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線(xiàn)比較即可得出相應(yīng)殘留物鏈霉素的含量。
